Angle puts the whimsy back in Valentine’s Day by offering a $65 “spin” of the bottle at the award winning wine wall. More fun than “seven minutes in Heaven,” guests will randomly select a 750 ml of wine and enjoy with dinner--the wines range in value from $65 to $225.

The Ritz-Carlton,Palm Beach, as a connoisseur of romance, has cooked up intoxicatingly fun and aphrodisiac cuisine to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special someone! The hotel has taken the mystique and temptation of aphrodisiac foods and introduced engaging menus and events for creating an amorous evening together. Imagine warm chocolate, aromatic herbs, mouth-watering berries, heirloom beets and succulent oysters—the most sensual of all foods, representing virility and passion—all presented as luminous and tantalizing dishes designed to tempt and please the palate and each other.

Romantic Oceanfront Cabana Dining

Valentines dining takes on a decidedly sensual twist when shared beneath the stars in our oceanfront cabanas. Ocean waves and candlelight lull couples as they sip champagne and dine on a lavish feast as the ultimate romantic tête-à-tête. The night begins with chilled seafood delicacies of Citrus Poached Shrimp, Wianno Oysters, American Caviar and Florida Stone Crab. Second course is Swank Farm Heirloom Beets with Loxahatchee Goat Cheese, Avocado and Micro Basil; basil is alluring and keeps the home fires burning. The meal continues with a duo entrée of Chateaubriand and Lobster with luscious, buttered Asparagus and Sweet Potato Mash. The dessert winds down the evening with a decadent trio of Chocolate Souffle, Chocolate Crème Brulee and Chocolate Molten Cake, plus steaming, frothy cappuccinos. Guests can canoodle by the fire-pit for after dinner libations, simmering conversation and take home a Valentine treat for two!

Eight Oceanfront Cabanas are available with a server; dinner reservations from 6pm – 10pm are required. Cabana dinner pricing is $600 per couple, plus tax and gratuity.
