Second course is Swank Farm Heirloom Beets with Loxahatchee Goat Cheese, Avocado and Micro Basil; basil is alluring and keeps the home fires burning. The meal continues with a duo entrée of Chateaubriand and Lobster with luscious, buttered Asparagus and Sweet Potato Mash.
